Find Your Wu Wei

 A fully achieved person is like a spirit! The great marshes could be set on fire, but they wouldn’t feel hot. The rivers could all freeze over, but they wouldn’t feel cold. Thunder could suddenly echo through the mountains, but they wouldn’t be startled. 

 A person like that could ride through the sky on the floating clouds, straddle the sun and moon, and travel beyond the four seas.

The Hawaii Junior Chamber of Commerce Year-End Convention is a 2-day event which gathers members from all Hawaii chapters to celebrate the end of another successful year serving our respective communities.  Attendees include all current Jaycee members, past Jaycee members, guests and friends of Jaycees.

This year’s convention, organized by Honolulu Chinese Junior Chamber of Commerce, will:

• Recognize outstanding achievements among Jaycees members and chapters.  
• Provide leadership training to Jaycees members and guests. 
• Give Jaycees members an opportunity to compete in various skill-related competitions (writing, speaking, debate, Jaycees knowledge, enthusiasm/leadership), which will qualify them for National Competitions.

The Saturday evening awards banquet honors individuals in our community that have gone to extraordinary means to better themselves and their community. Three honorees will be selected by a group of independent judges and will be officially recognized. Additionally, each honoree will have his/her application submitted to the US Jaycees for consideration for the Ten Outstanding Young Americans Award.
